Thank you for shopping with ClickstoCarts. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (business days exclude weekends and public holidays). During sale periods, new product launches, or peak seasons (such as Christmas and Black Friday), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order in real time at our Track My Order page, which supports 2,300+ carriers worldwide.

Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.


5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure about applicable fees. ClickstoCarts is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.


6. Shipping Delays

While we always aim to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control — including but not limited to: carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking status, then contact our support team and we will investigate immediately.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe drop locations at your address. If the package cannot be located within 3 business days of the delivery date, please contact us at support@clickstocarts.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full replacement.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@clickstocarts.com. We can only amend addresses before the order is dispatched. ClickstoCarts is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
